Our mission is simple: providing exceptional, evidence-based counseling while creating an environment where therapists can grow into confident, independent therapists. We believe excellent client care begins when associates feel supported themselves.

What makes Envisioned Counseling different? 

Many associates spend their first first years practicing feeling overwhelmed and isolated. Here, you are never a number - we want you to have mentorship and support in someone who is invested in your success. Supervision is individualized, strengths-based, and practical. We want you to develop clinical judgement, your unique therapeutic style, and confidence.

What We Provide:

• Starting pay of $55 per session paid out every 2 weeks for LPC Associates

• 4 weeks of guaranteed unpaid time off (if desired)

• Reasonable caseload expectations (goal of 20 clients per week, but can see more if desired)

• Highly motivated private practice clients

• Fully remote

• Weekly LPC-S supervision included with employment

• W-2 Employment

• Access to free CEUs

• Insurance credentialing through Headway for Aetna, Cigna and BCBS

• Marketing and referral development

• Direct professional email

• Collaborative, warm, supportive team culture 

• While all clients stay within Envisioned Counseling while you are employed, you did the hard work on building connections so they can transition with you if/when you leave

• Streamlined notes, billing and onboarding process - my goal is to simplify everything about private practice that can be complicated so you have everything you need to build a practice you love!
